Join us July 8th at 8 pm with Dr. Rebecca Peretez-Lange to learn about psychological research on how young children think about race and how racial prejudice develops. We'll use this research to identify some concrete 'do's' and 'don'ts' for talking about race and racism with our kids. You'll emerge from our safe space feeling prepared, and even excited, to have these important conversations. This event is being hosted by Cary Library.
